Mr. Peters has served as our Chairman of the Board since July 2006, Chief Executive Officer since April 2006 and President since June 2007. He served as the Chief Executive Officer of Grubb & Ellis Healthcare REIT Advisor, LLC, our former advisor, from July 2006 until July 2008. He served as the Executive Vice President of Grubb & Ellis Apartment REIT, Inc. from January 2006 to November 2008 and served as one of its directors from April 2007 to June 2008. He also served as the Chief Executive Officer, President and a director of Grubb & Ellis Company from December 2007 to July 2008, and as the Chief Executive Officer, President and director of NNN Realty Advisors, Inc. from its formation in September 2006 and as its Chairman of the Board from December 2007 to July 2008. 

Mr. Peters also served as the Chief Executive Officer of Grubb & Ellis Realty Investors from November 2006 to July 2008, having served from September 2004 to October 2006, as the Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer. Mr. Peters also served as the Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of T REIT, Inc. from September 2004 to December 2006. From February 1997 to February 2007, Mr. Peters served as Senior Vice President, Chief Financial Officer and a director of Golf Trust of America, Inc., a publicly traded REIT. Mr. Peters received a B.B.A. degree in accounting and finance from Kent State University.
Taylor Pickett -  Omega Healthcare Investors

As Chief Executive Officer Omega Healthcare, Mr. Pickett brings to our Board a depth of understanding of our business and operations, as well as financial expertise in long-term healthcare services, mergers and acquisitions. Mr. Pickett has served as the Chief Executive Officer of our Company since 2001. Mr. Pickett is also a Director and has served in this capacity since 2002. Mr. Pickett's term as a Director expires in 2014. From 1998 to 2001, Mr. Pickett served as the Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Integrated Health Services, Inc. ("IHS"), a public company specializing in post-acute healthcare services. Mr. Pickett served in a variety of executive roles at IHS from 1993 through 1998. From 1991 to 1993, Mr. Pickett was Vice President of Taxes for PHH Corporation. From 1984 to 1991, Mr. Pickett worked for KPMG, an international accounting and consulting firm.
Eric Tracy -  Eastdil Secured/Wells Fargo Securities
Director, Real Estate Investment Banking Group
Eric is a Director in Eastdil Secured / Wells Fargo Securities’ Real Estate Investment Banking Group and is primarily responsible for the coverage of a number of the firm’s office, retail, and multifamily REIT clients. Since joining the Real Estate Investment Banking Group in 2005, Eric has successfully completed public debt and equity offerings, M&A transactions, bank loans, and private equity placements for his clients. Prior to joining Wells Fargo, Eric was in the Assurance Services group at KPMG LLP in Washington, D.C. where he focused on public REITs. Eric received his MBA from the University of North Carolina and a BS in Commerce from the University of Virginia.

Brad Thomas has over 25 years of experience in the commercial real estate brokerage, development and investment sectors and the majority of his experience has been research and consulting. Over the years, Mr. Thomas has provided nationwide real estate brokerage, construction services, development services, and capital market solutions for a variety of clients, many of which are Fortune 500 clients. 

Mr. Thomas currently writes frequently for The Street, Seeking Alpha, Forbes.com, and The Motley Fool, whereby he maintains "real time" research on many publicly-listed and non-traded REITs. In addition, Mr. Thomas is the editor of The Intelligent REIT Investor, a monthly newsletter on REIT investing. He has appeared on national radio and television including Fox Business News, NPR, and The Commercial Real Estate Show. 

In addition to writing and lecturing, Mr. Thomas is Managing Director of Capital Markets with commercial brokerage firm Bull Realty, Inc. (Atlanta). He was most recently Director of Strategic Markets for Embree Group and he was a Senior Vice President for Thompson National Properties, Phillips Edison, and Wilton Partners. Mr. Thomas was also a partner in a regional development company and also a multi-unit franchisee for two International franchisors.
